About mySugr

mySugr is a digital health company (part of Roche Diabetes Care family) that aims to simplify the lives of people with diabetes. Based in Vienna, Austria.

My role

Product Designer, responsible for the whole web-based products of the company. Working in three main teams:

• mySugr shop platform experience team (B2B and B2C sides);

• mySugr Website and product campaigns experience team;

• DesignOps team;

The work

• We were around 15 designers working in different teams;

• I am the responsible designer for all the web platform-based products;

• We work in multidisciplinary teams using an agile methodology (Scrum);

• Remote work since March 2020 until I left at the end of 2021.

Contributions & Deliverables

Due to an NDA, I can't show specific details of these projects.

• Redesigned the existing subscription website system (mySugr Shop) with a 23% conversion improvement in users completing the registration on the app;

• Launched a B2B web platform focused on website systems creation;

• Designed customer email journeys in different parts of the product;

• Helped the company migrate from Sketch to Figma & expanded the Design System;

• Reworked the company website;

• Conceived a Landing Page creation system and process through Drupal;

• Assisted the user research team with different topics related to the app experience;

• Interviewed and selected new design candidates;

• Developed an interactive UX process guide with the Design Team.‍
