My role

Product Designer on the Lisbon Investor Team, responsible for the investor experience improvement in the web platform.

The work

• We were 4 designers: 2 in London (including the Head of Design) and 2 in Lisbon;

• We worked in multidisciplinary teams using an agile methodology (Scrum);

• There were long periods without Product Manager in my team, so we had to divide this role between each member;

• Regular trips to the London office;

• Usually I was responsible for the Lisbon team events.

Contributions & Deliverables

Due to an NDA, I can't show specific details of these projects. ‍

• Developed a new intranet eligibility system, improving in 60% the speed of the weekly required checking to open the shares market;

• Produced a new automated method of share trading agreement, increasing significantly the amount of completed transfers, dropping significantly the required time to complete the transfers, and improving the overall experience.

• Applied an end-to-end UX process to redesign the investment opportunities interface;

• Assisted the company to migrate from Sketch to Figma & improved the Design System;

• Upgraded different web pages.
